COVID-19 Resources
General Mental Health Tips:
*stay connected. Talk on the phone, FaceTime, write letters. Social distancing does not mean social isolation.
*keep as much of your regular routine as you can. Have a regular bed time, wake time, get ready like you’re going to work, and eat at regular meal times.
*get some physical exercise. Go for a walk, run, hike, play with your kids outside, or many exercise at home apps are offering free memberships right now.
*self care. Practice meditation, yoga, take stretch breaks from working at home. Self care to manage stress levels is essential.
*moderate your use of social media and how much news you consume. It’s easy to become overwhelmed right now. Stick to fact based websites such as the CDC for your info.
