  • Bronze Level Sponsors receive: logo in the conference brochure and conference advertising, name listed in the front cover of the free book all registrants will receive.

    No CE's will be given for this type of registration. If you would like to attend the conference for CE's you'll need to register to attend.

    Bronze sponsorship registration closes on October 15th, 2024 to allow proper planning time.
  • Gold Level Sponsors receive: advertising on our website homepage, logo added to conference swag (t-shirt), full page in the conference booklet and on conference advertising, name listed in the front cover of the free book all registrants will receive, a sponsor table at the conference, and participation in a lunch time Facebook Live.

    No CE's will be given for this type of registration. If you would like to attend the conference for CE's you'll need to register to attend.

    Gold sponsorship registration closes on October 1, 2024 to allow proper planning time.
  • Silver Level Sponsors receive: logo in the conference brochure and conference advertising, a sponsor table at the conference, name listed in the front cover of the free book all registrants will receive, and participation in a lunch time Facebook Live.

Become a sponsor today for the Nebraska Counseling Association 2024 Fall Conference!

Join us for the NCA's 2024 Fall Conference, at the beautiful Raising Nebraska building, located on the State Fair Grounds in Grand Island! We will be hosting Dr. Ajita Robinson, who will be providing her level 1 Grief Certification. We are planning for up to 120 in person attendees. 

**If you would like to register for CE's please do so HERE. This registration is for sponsorship ONLY. 

Important Deadlines: 

September 15th: Early Bird rates for members end

October 1st: Gold Sponsorships close. We need all logos for Gold Sponsorships by no later than 5pm on October 5th to get them on the shirts. 

October 15th: Silver and Bronze Sponsorships close. We need all logos and needed info from all sponsor by no later than 5pm on March 30th so that we can create the Conference Booklet and get ready for the conference. 

Conference Info:

Two lunches per sponsorship will be provided with your registration at no additional fee. 

Tentative Schedule (subject to change, all times are Central): 

6am: Sponsors may start setting up

7-8am: Conference Registration

8am-12pm: Dr. Ajita Robinson (will be a 15 min break chosen by Dr. Robinson)

12pm-1:30pm: Lunch

12 noon: Sponsor Lunchtime Facebook Live

1:30pm-5pm: Dr. Ajita Robinson (will be a 15 min break chosen by Dr. Robinson)

5pm: Conference Close

5:30pm: Please have your area cleaned up


Each sponsor will be provided one 6" table and two chairs. At this time we do not plan to provide table cloths
