Miranda Stoll, LIMHP, LADC Presents LIVE: Judgment Detox - Breathing Life Back Into the Parts We Silence (Live Presentation via Zoom the 27rd at noon central time)
Join Miranda for our February LIVE Free CE!
In professions where composure, control, and command are daily requirements, judgment often becomes a silent companion — both a motivator and a burden.
Judgment Detox is a transformative, experiential presentation that explores how self-judgment functions as a feedback system within the nervous system, how it impacts performance and relationships, and how compassion-based awareness can rewire the brain and body for resilience and connection. This session blends neuroscience, embodiment, and Matt Kahn–inspired compassion practices to help participants understand judgment not as failure, but as feedback — an invitation to regulation, awareness, and self-leadership. Learning Objectives By the end of this presentation, participants will be able to: 1. Identify the origins of judgment as a learned feedback system for control, belonging, and safety. 2. Understand how judgment triggers physiological and emotional responses through the nervous system. 3. Recognize the professional and cultural reinforcements that maintain judgment-based behavior patterns. 4. Practice evidence-based breathwork and somatic regulation techniques to interrupt judgment loops. 5. Reframe self-talk using compassion and curiosity as tools for resilience, leadership, and relational healing.
This event is to be presented LIVE via Zoom on February 27th, 2026, from 12-1pm (Central Time). You must attend at this time to receive the CE credit, and you must attend the entirety of the session to obtain your CE certificate. This CE will NOT be recorded for playback later.
Please sign into Zoom with the name that you registered with to obtain your CE certificate. Information, including the Zoom link, will be sent via your registration email. One CE credit hour will be available for this presentation. CE certificates will be sent out at the conclusion of the presentation after participants pass a quiz (8/10).

Finally ways that parts can be transformed or integrated into their internal system in a more healthy way.
This is a pre-recorded presentation, which you will receive access to once you have registered. Information will be sent via your registration email, including the video link, quiz link, and handouts. Please complete the quiz included in your registration email by no later than 5pm on February 28th, 2026 to receive your CE certificate.
