In a time marked by rising rates of anxiety, burnout, loneliness, trauma, and ecological uncertainty, many people are longing for approaches to healing that are both evidence-informed and deeply human. This engaging and experiential presentation explores the growing field of Nature-Informed Therapy and demonstrates how the natural world can become an intentional partner in promoting mental health and well-being. Participants will discover the scientific foundations supporting nature's impact on the brain, nervous system, and emotional resilience while also exploring practical, accessible strategies that can be integrated into clinical practice.
